Marshall-Waters-Woody and Associates Inc. designed an apartment development on 3.7 acres on the southwest corner of Tracker Road and Main Street in Nixa. The project has four three-story buildings with a combined 96 apartment units, as well as a community pool and pool house. The exterior is primarily vinyl siding with a brick masonry wainscoting. Morelock Builders & Associates Inc. is the general contractor, and engineering work is by Toth and Associates Inc., civil; JS Smith Consulting Engineers PC (Joplin), structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is slated for completion by spring 2023.
The congregation at Crossway Baptist Church is building a children’s wing at the west end of the church, and beginning in 2024, it will be home to a Christian academy.
