Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc. designed a $7 million, 105,800-squarefoot climate-controlled storage facility in Tucson, Arizona. The three-story building has 701 units with the first floor featuring a drive-thru and business office. The space also includes freight elevators and stair access to move storage items between floors. Bluewater Civil Design LLC (Greenville, South Carolina) is the civil engineer and landscape architect, O’Donnell & Naccarato Inc. (Philadelphia) is the structural engineer and RTM Engineering Consultants LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. A general contractor has not yet been selected. The project is expected to be completed in March 2023.
The congregation at Crossway Baptist Church is building a children’s wing at the west end of the church, and beginning in 2024, it will be home to a Christian academy.
