RTM Engineering Consultants LLC
RTM Engineering Consultants LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for an $8.5 million addition and renovation to Willard Central Elementary School. Funded by a bond issue passed by voters in April, the project features 18,000 square feet of new construction, 4,000 square feet of renovated space, and an HVAC and roof replacement. The plans also call for a new secure entrance, a multipurpose safe room, preschool wing and special services classroom remodels. Paragon Architecture Inc. is the project architect and RE Smith Construction Co. is the general contractor. Additional engineering work is by Olsson Inc., civil, and Toth and Associates Inc., structural. The project is expected to be completed by August 2024.
The congregation at Crossway Baptist Church is building a children’s wing at the west end of the church, and beginning in 2024, it will be home to a Christian academy.
