Miller Engineering PC is the structural engineer of G @ Market, a $13.5 million development with 84 multifamily units, retail space and underground parking in downtown Bentonville, Arkansas. Tenants will have access to courtyards and be within walking distance of The Momentary, a visual, performing and culinary arts space. Burris Architecture (Bentonville) is the project architect and Dave Grundfest Co. (Little Rock, Arkansas) is the general contractor. Additional engineering work is by EDG Inc. (Metairie, Louisiana), civil, and Prigm Engineering PLLC (Fayetteville, Arkansas), mechanical. The project is slated for completion by September 2023.
The congregation at Crossway Baptist Church is building a children’s wing at the west end of the church, and beginning in 2024, it will be home to a Christian academy.
