Description: Thunder Ridge is a large outdoor arena designed to accommodate more than 20,000 guests on the Big Cedar campus nestled in the Ozark Mountains. The first phase, wrapped last fall, completed the arena, but design officials say the phase now under construction includes a tower providing vertical suites that provide guest accommodations, in addition to bunker suites built into the Ozark mountain hillside and repurposed century-old barns. Officials say the intent is to have continuous operations when events are not going on for a lodge experience throughout the week.
