Description: An 8,000-square-foot interior renovation of the second floor of Swann Dermatology Partners is Phase 2 of an ongoing project; Phase 1 consisted of renovating the first floor and exterior of the building. The second phase is planned to include new finishes, including vinyl tile, carpet, engineered wood floor and large-format porcelain tile, project officials said. The space will include 11 exam rooms, a central laboratory area and multiple offices.
