Description: The project involves constructing a two-story multipurpose addition to the gymnasium at Northwest High School in Cedar Hill, southwest of St. Louis, to provide dedicated spaces for weightlifting on the first floor and wrestling on the second. The design will incorporate flexibility to allow other uses, project officials say, to serve as a versatile space for athletic and school-related activities. The addition will include an International Code Council-rated tornado safe room.
