Project description: The Crossings at East Cherry will be a 216-unit apartment complex with one-, two- and three-bed apartments across eight three-story buildings specifically catering to dog owners. Phases II and III will construct 132 units. The apartments, which cater to dog owners, features a fitness center and outdoor pool, dog-friendly community spaces, a dog wash station, dog potty area and access to walking trails. Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective is the project architect and mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. Additional engineering work is by J&M Engineering LLC, structural, and Anderson Engineering Inc., civil.
