Project description: The renovation of a former bus depot soon will become a clinic for Bass Pro Shops employees. New finishes will include medical-grade modifications alongside standard Bass Pro finishes, such as a water feature, wood ceilings and beams in the nonclinical spaces. Exterior finishes include stone wainscot, log beam coverings and wood shingles. Officials say the project was on an accelerated timeline as work just began in June. Torgerson Design Partners LLC is the project architect and engineering work is by J&M Engineering LLC, structural, and Smith-Goth Engineers Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
