Project description: The second location for 4 by 4 Brewing Co. is taking shape adjacent to Fremont Hills Country Club. The interior design features an open production area. The taproom will open to a 70-foot covered patio through eight floor-to-ceiling garage doors, and there are 3 acres of open space with yard games, tables and chairs, design officials say. Torgerson Design Partners LLC is the project architect and engineers are Madrid CPWG (Branson), civil; J&M Engineering LLC, structural; and Schober Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
