Project description: This five-story multiuse building will feature 95 apartments and 6,350 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Amenities will include a pool, rooftop fitness center and lounge, and common spaces for residents. Floor plans will range from studios to three-bedroom units. Near the corner of Battlefield Road and Fremont Avenue, the 2.3-acre parcel that previously was the site of Heritage Cafeteria was acquired in March 2021 by Coryell Collaborative Group for redevelopment. Buf Studio LLC is the project architect with engineering work by Anderson Engineering Inc., civil, Wells & Scaletty LLC, structural, and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
