Project description: This seven-story upscale, non-flagged boutique hotel is designed to contain a full-service restaurant and bar, an 8,000-square-foot conference center with meeting rooms, a full-service spa, exterior pool and fitness center. The 140 planned guest rooms will include a mix of kings, double queens and suites.
