Project description: As the first new construction project in downtown Rogers, Arkansas, on the east side of the Railyard Park, the First National Bank of Northwest Arkansas will be located across from the Butterfield Stage outdoor venue and be adjacent to local biking trails. Project officials say the bank will be a hub for community interaction through operable glazing along the majority of the primary elevation, with an occupiable rooftop for company events and interior and exterior lounges. The building will feature structural steel framing and cross-laminated timber roof decking, all of which will be exposed from the interior.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
