Project description: The community-centered Iron Grain District Apartments development is designed to offer contemporary apartment living within walking distance of a planned 24,000-square-foot shopping center that plans to feature dining, shopping and entertainment options. The first phase of the project includes 96 one-, two- and three-bedroom units and will include a pool, clubhouse, dog park, playground, pickleball court and walking trails.
