Project description: OakStar Bank’s newest location, a two-story, 11,400-square-foot branch in Bolivar, will feature the brand’s signature elements blended with white architectural metal panels and honed gray stone, according to project officials. Plans call for a two-story entry atrium, a large indoor conference area and a rooftop patio.
