Project description: This two-story bank is designed to feature an open floor plan on the main level, wrap-around windows and a covered drive-thru. The second level will include an outdoor covered space. Project officials note that the bank is being constructed near the New Madrid fault line, a high-seismic area, so the bank, drive-thru and exterior stair tower are designed to be seismically independent, an approach that optimizes the design, allowing for traditional wood-framed construction while ensuring enhanced resilience.
