Project description: Located on a 4.5-acre lot, the Mercy Greenwood Clinic spans 10,700 square feet. It has a contemporary facade, clad in fiber cement panels from a single manufacturer, minimizing the number of tradespeople required on-site and providing an energy-efficient and watertight building envelope. Inside, a gallery-style waiting area offers connection to the surrounding landscape, and the building includes 22 exam rooms, plus X-ray, laboratory and vaccine prep areas, with offices and support spaces. The building will serve as a new Mercy prototype that prioritizes operational efficiencies and patient comfort, according to project officials.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
