Esterly Schneider and Associates Inc. Managing Partner Craig Schneider is designing an 8,500-square-foot office complex for Tom Kissee Real Estate Co. Tenants, which have not been named, include a financial advisory firm, interior designer and leadership development consulting firm. The building is designed with a red brick facade, stone and wood tower features and metal awnings. A general contractor is not yet selected, and building costs were undisclosed. Project engineers include Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and Interpres Building Solutions LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The development is slated to be completed in 2020.
April 7 was the official opening day for Mexican-Italian fusion restaurant Show Me Chuy after a soft launch that started March 31; marketing agency AdZen debuted; and the Almighty Sando Shop opened a brick-and-mortar space.
