Kutak Rock renovation

Renovation for the nearly 1-year-old Springfield office of Omaha, Nebraska-based Kutak Rock LLP will be completed in May on the eighth and ninth floors of the John Q. Hammons Building. Crews are reconfiguring 12,800 square feet of office space to include conference areas, break rooms and a community room, as well as a combination of open and private offices. The ninth floor previously housed hotelier John Q. Hammons’ private office. Designs by Paragon Architecture LLC will incorporate several elements from Hammons’ office into the new space to honor his legacy. BP Builders LLC is general contractor, and Building Systems Design Group LLC is handing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer work.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
