H Design Group LLC is the project architect for Promenade Commons, a $12.5 million senior living development with 130 units on 4 acres. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, interior courtyards and covered parking. Team C Construction LLC is the project’s general contractor, and engineering work is by CEI Engineering Associates Inc. (Bentonville, Arkansas), civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is slated for completion by December.
April 7 was the official opening day for Mexican-Italian fusion restaurant Show Me Chuy after a soft launch that started March 31; marketing agency AdZen debuted; and the Almighty Sando Shop opened a brick-and-mortar space.
