Missouri Army National Guard, Aviation Classification and Repair Army Depot

Olsson Inc. is the lead consultant for the third phase of the Missouri Army National Guard, Aviation Classification and Repair Army Depot, including a readiness center for the Theatre Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Group. The four-phase project is valued at $100 million. Sapp Design Associates Architects PC is the project architect. Olsson will provide the civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineering, as well as landscape architectural design. The facility will ultimately support training, administrative and logistical requirements for the guard. It will house the 1107th TASMG, which is a multistate regional aviation support unit. The third phase includes offices, storage, classrooms and an arms vault. The project is expected to be completed in October 2020.
