Project description: The goal of the Southern Hills project is to enhance the appearance and functionality of the shopping center by upgrading various elements, such as lighting, storefronts, entrances, roofing and fascia. All exterior materials are being replaced for a more modern aesthetic. The project includes widening sidewalks to enhance accessibility and to provide a more spacious promenade for pedestrians, according to project officials. Project architect is Boti Architects LLC, and landscape architect is Scapes Lawncare & Landscaping Inc. Engineers are OWN Inc., civil; Wells & Scaletty LLC, structural; and Boti Architects, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
