Project description: Commercial Builders General Contracting is renovating an existing storage area adjacent to Missouri State University’s Hammons Student Center’s West Gym to create a new weight room with floor-to-ceiling mirrors and a glass storefront wall looking out into the gym. New locker room space is being created and will include a tile floor and a restroom and shower area. Existing gym flooring in the West, South and North gyms will be replaced by new athletic surface material with sport-specific striping. The project architect is Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
