Project description: Comprising three buildings and 35 units, Holland Park Apartments is on track to make history in Springfield as the first buildings constructed on stilts within a floodplain, seamlessly integrating with South Creek Greenway Trail, according to project officials. The project architect is Ireland Architects Inc., and engineers are Own Inc., civil; RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, structural; and Jennifer Winslow PE LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
