Project description: A mixed-use, seven-lot subdivision owned by Jeff Boyce Enterprises LLC is in the early stages on the north side of Republic, 1.5 miles from the Amazon STL3 fulfillment center. It will have townhomes, senior housing, multifamily housing and commercial properties. The future roadway will connect from U.S. Highway 60 to West Republic Road in a project that includes grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water and an asphalt roadway. Own Inc. is serving as civil engineer for the project.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
