Project description: Varying levels of renovation are planned for the four-story FORVIS LLP building, with some areas being fully gutted to build offices, meeting spaces, training rooms and amenity areas. The work includes finishes, millwork, lighting and mechanical improvements. Some future phases are still in preconstruction, with final completion dates to be determined, according to project officials. New furnishings and audio-visual equipment are included. The project architect is HOK Architects (Kansas City), and engineers are KH Engineering Group PC (structural); and Lankford Fendler & Associates (Kansas City), mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
