Project description: An apartment complex consisting of 11 three-story buildings is under construction in Nixa. Each building will have 10 living units per floor, with one-, two- and three-bedroom units, project officials said. The development has four stages, including the apartment buildings and a shared pool and community building. The architect is Marshall-Waters-Moody and Associates Inc., and engineers are Toth and Associates Inc., civil; JS Smith Consulting Engineers PC (Joplin), structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
