Project description: Interior and exterior renovations of the Polk County Library’s Rayl Family Branch are concluding this month. Upgrades include a children’s section, with an area nearby for parents and caregivers to relax or study, plus a teen area with gaming system, meeting rooms and an outdoor space for reading and enjoying nature, according to library officials. The project architect is Sapp Design Associates Architects Inc., and engineers are RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, structural; and Interpres Building Solutions LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
