Description: A multiuse complex coming to Commercial Street consists of three floors at 12,800 square feet per floor, according to project officials. The ground floor is designed with commercial and residential units and the second and third floor are residential, for a combined 45 apartment units. The upper level will also incorporate a balcony. The exterior of the building is designed to complement the historic nature of C-Street while also incorporating contemporary elements. To make way for the new structure, an existing building that has been vacant for years is set to be demolished, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting. The building is owned by Titus Williams, president of Prosperiti Partners LLC.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
