Description: The Heritage Flats mixed-use development is being constructed on the site of the former home of Heritage Cafeteria, adjacent to an existing retail center and within walking distance of the Battlefield Mall. Project officials say the development includes ground-floor retail space and 95 apartment units within the five-story building. Resident amenities include covered parking, an outdoor pool, dog walking area, storage lockers, top floor fitness center and an indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge. The exterior design features wood elements that relate back to the finishes inside the Heritage Cafeteria and are combined with modern stone accents.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
