Description: The 210-unit community will offer gated apartments in The Landing mixed-use development, according to project officials. Apartments are available in a variety of layouts ranging from 480-square-foot studios to three-bedroom units at over 1,100 square feet apiece. The exterior materials and color palette complement the desert landscape of Tucson, with design officials saying the goal is to create a warm and inviting presence while still providing durability. Resident amenities strongly influence the design, including covered parking, a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor social areas, fitness center, conference center and dog park.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
