Description: The 18-acre Rock Springs Apartments development aims to help fill a need in Harrison for multifamily housing, according to project officials. Seven buildings will house roughly 200 units in a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding Arkansas landscape, design officials say the exterior will feature natural tones and stone accents to create a warm atmosphere. Family-friendly amenities will include a swimming pool, clubhouse and dog park.
