Jessica Harmison-Olson says taking over ownership of Maxon Fine Jewelry is her proudest professional accomplishment.
Harmison-Olson, 36, and husband Ryan Olson transitioned into full owners of Maxon Fine Jewelry last year after becoming minority shareholders in 2019.
“We have since worked to preserve Maxon Fine Jewelry’s legacy while steering the company into a new era,” Harmison-Olson says.
Harmison-Olson says she leads by example through “hard work, transparency and creativity,” and she guides the team to follow their hearts during what’s often an emotional time for the company’s clients.
“We recognize that purchasing or creating jewelry is often a deeply personal experience for our clients,” she says. “Whether they’re looking to repurpose estate jewelry or craft a new heirloom, we operate with creative sensitivity to make their visions tangible and exceed their emotional expectations.”
