2024 40 Under 40: A. Breanna Jain

Eustasis Psychiatric & Addiction Health

Posted online

As the CEO of Eustasis Psychiatric & Addiction Health, A. Breanna Jain, 39, has helped pioneer accessible mental health care with a same-day walk-in model across offices in Missouri and Arkansas. Leading a team of over 135 professionals and managing operations in five clinics, Jain has expanded services to over 25,000 patients since 2017. Jain holds a Doctor in Nursing Practice from University of Missouri-Kansas City and contributes to her community through volunteering, including her role on the medical team at James River Church. She says that showing her children they are capable of having both a career and civic responsibility without sacrificing family is among her proudest achievements.

What about your job would shock people? The amount of work you still have to do directly and the sheer number of fires you systematically put out in a day. It is not uncommon to be dealing with a suicidal person and the same time you are dealing with an aircon on the fritz and an employee who called in while also trying to manage being a mom to five and the sheer manpower that takes from you.

Favorite TV show? “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” Larry David’s world and experiences are awkward but absolutely on point with what many people are thinking but don’t have the guts to convey!

Favorite hobby or creative outlet? I am a history buff and love studying European history and then travelling to the sites to see where it all took place.
