State Tech Golf Course Clubhouse

Paragon Architecture LLC designed the State Tech Golf Course Clubhouse development to bring more activities on campus and boost recruitment and retention. Design officials say amenities include a sports bar, theater, pro shop, pool with swim-up bar, golf simulators, an e-sports lounge, bowling, and an outdoor gaming area. A water view event space on the top floor includes a bridal suite for weddings. Toth and Associates Inc. is the civil and structural engineer and G&W Engineering is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. A general contractor has yet to be selected. The project is slated for completion in April 2023.
Moseley’s Discount Office Products was purchased; Side Chick opened in Branson; and the Springfield franchise store of NoBaked Cookie Dough changed ownership.
