Ireland Architects Inc. is designing the expansion and renovation of the Fordland Clinic. Project officials say by expanding the clinic’s lobby, the facility will be able to handle an influx of patients or residents in need of care. The $1 million project is funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Health Resources and Services Administration. BP Builders LLC is the general contractor, and engineers are Heithaus Engineering & Associates Inc., civil; Miller Engineering PC, structural; and Jennifer Winslow PE LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is slated for completion in August.
Moseley’s Discount Office Products was purchased; Side Chick opened in Branson; and the Springfield franchise store of NoBaked Cookie Dough changed ownership.
