Project description: Miller Commerce LLC’s senior housing complex is designed with 51 independent living units, 50 assisted living beds and 20 memory care beds, officials say. Also slated for the project are such amenities as a dog park, resort-style pool, outdoor patio, full-service kitchen, craft room, salon, theater, billiards room and a third-story pub. H Design Group LLC is the project architect, with engineering work by Olsson Inc., civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
