Then: Vice president and chief financial officer, Assemblies of God Credit Union
Now: President and chief revenue officer, Classy Llama Studios LLC, and president, Auxan Capital Advisors LLC
Paul Ebisch’s business leadership acumen goes deep.
He exited Assemblies of God Credit Union as president in 2015, after a 10-year C-level stint, and previously had co-founded or served as partner in three companies, including Auxan Capital Advisors, a financial investment firm now in its 17th year and with assets under management tallying $65 million.
The thread through it all for Ebisch, 49, is making decisions, taking some risks and living with the results.
He joined digital commerce firm Classy Llama in 2015 as a consultant and full time in 2017, after a few years serving on its board of advisers.
“I had a connection with the founders from the beginning,” Ebisch says. “The biggest part of my role is decision making. Things move fast.”
Best advice to young professionals? If you want to be in leadership, find roles early on where you have the ability to make decisions and take risks with those decisions. As you move further up, so much comes down to your ability to make decisions – and living with them.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
