Jeremy Hill’s leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic led to many happy Domino’s Pizza customers.
Hill, who serves as director of operations for local Domino’s franchisee A&M Pizza Inc., recalls realizing early in the pandemic how essential he and his team were, when many restaurants were closed temporarily and the need for food delivery services grew amid stay-at-home orders.
“I worked every day for the first 80 days to support my team’s effort to meet the demands of the business,” Hill, 39, says of the early days of the pandemic. “Implementing safety protocols and equipment was a daily task.”
For his work under fire, Hill last year was named Domino’s National Supervisor of the Year. “This is a true honor to be recognized for my leadership in a truly difficult time,” he says.
