Also at the ceremony, SBJ will honor professionals with individual awards. Determined by the judges, the 2025 individual honors are awarded in the following categories:

• Top CEO/Managing Partner: Carol McLeod, co-owner of Hold Fast Brewing
• Top Sales/Marketing Professional: Carly Taft, regional marketing senior leader at Forvis Mazars LLP
• Top Human Resources Professional: Karen Carcamo, human resources director at Gold Mechanical Inc.

Top 12 Company Awards

Dynamic Dozen companies are evaluated based on both dollar and percentage revenue growth during a three-year period. A third party verifies the results for the notable networking event.

To be considered, a company must:

• Have their headquarters within a 50-mile radius, or provided segmented revenues for the 50-mile radius
• Show at least $250,000 in revenue in 2022, 2023 and 2024
• Have revenue growth from 2022 to 2024 (there does not have to be revenue growth during each year, just overall)

2025 Individual Awards

In addition to honoring the Dynamic Dozen companies, the event will feature individual awards in the following categories:

• Top Chief Executive Officer or Managing Partner
• Top Sales/Marketing Professional
• Top Human Resources Professional
