BRP Architects’ new office is less than a quarter mile from its former space in a West Meadows building downtown, but officials say the difference feels much broader.
With floor-to-ceiling windows along most of the office in the Heer’s building, 138 Park Central Square, Managing Partner Chris Swan describes the environment as being part of the “community living room.” He adds, “I feel like we’re part of the downtown community.”
That’s what a few city blocks can do – and a change of scenery. “There is a renewed sense of pride in place,” Swan says. “People have enjoyed having broader access to the things downtown, places to walk to for lunch.”
One thing that hasn’t changed is the firm’s tag line. Crews brought over signage, one now prominently on the welcome desk: Your Vision. Our Focus.
