2020 Men of the Year: Editor's Note and Judging Process

Posted online

Welcome to the 10th annual Men of the Year awards publication.

With this 2020 class, 200 men in our community can now claim this honor.

These men have proven themselves with impressive resumes that tell the story of their influence on their places of work and causes they care about.

On the pages that follow, you’ll read about their accomplishments, biggest challenges and proudest moments.

As 2019 honoree and guest columnist Phil Melugin notes, true Men of the Year don’t chase accolades. Rather, they’re chasing purposeful work, meaningful relationships and impactful opportunities to give back. Thankfully someone in the community noticed and nominated them. And our judges, made up of previous Men of the Year and Most Influential Women honorees, found them most deserving of this honor.

Congratulations to the 2020 Men of the Year!
