4 years with a vote of Confidence/ "What have you done for the city lately" at the year two mark... if no substantial growth then out the door you go! All jokes aside, there needs to be some accountability as to what has been accomplished. Outside of purchasing Hammonds Field... what else has the Mayor/city government done to grow Springfield?
