Project description: In an expansion with an eye toward future growth, an operations center is being constructed directly north of the main branch of TelComm Credit Union at 2155 E. Sunshine St. The two buildings will not be physically connected, according to Lori Johnson Murawski, chief experience officer for TelComm. A company blog post notes the operations center will be a secure facility and will conduct no face-to-face member transactions. According to Joe Myler, project manager with DeWitt & Associates, the building will feature wellness rooms, a fitness center with showers and a 1,625-square-foot corporate training room, allowing companywide training in one place. Outdoor seating is also part of the design, with balconies totaling 1,310 square feet. Plans call for four first-floor commercial tenant spaces, which will provide the credit union with space to expand as needed. This is the first dedicated operations center for TelComm.
