Description: Just west of where the Missouri State University College of Natural and Applied Sciences is transforming Temple Hall into Roy Blunt Hall with a 66,500-square-foot addition, the College of Business is working on an expansion project of its own. The northwest corner of Kemper Hall is being expanded and renovated for the Construction and Management Program. The addition will include a high-ceilinged space for use as a training lab, as well as a lobby, collaborative spaces for student use, restrooms, storage, a student study lounge and a second-floor computer lab, according to Mark Wheeler, MSU architect and director of planning. The project budget is boosted by a $2 million state MoExcels Workforce Initiative grant.
