St. Louis school Webster University's deficit tripled in fiscal 2023, according to a new tax filing.
The university's deficit grew to $39.3 million for the year that ended May 31, 2023. That's up from $12.5 million a year earlier.
Revenue dropped to $126.9 million from $150.1 million year over year, according to the tax filing.
