Tesla beats quarterly expectations

Electric vehicle maker Tesla reported profits and revenue that beat analysts' expectations for the fourth quarter.

Adjusted earnings were $1.19, compared with $1.13 per share expected by analysts.

Revenue was $24.3 billion. Analysts were looking for $24.2 billion.
