Switch from Lawyer to Judge Difficult Decision

“It was a hard decision. I owned a law firm and my law partner and I were successful. We had a good practice,” says Jessica Kruse, Associate Circuit Judge, Division 3 in Christian County. Kruse says she spent a lot of time in prayer and reflection before deciding to run for public office. Kruse says she’s happy with the outcome, but it was scary to move out of her comfort zone.
