“The big thing is a lot of people think you have to spend a ton of money to get started, and you really don’t,” says Kevin Wyas, founder of ECRI. Wyas says you’re better off starting small with a small production run and fewer clients. This allows you to refine your product and deal with the unexpected then you can grow. Bigger isn’t always better.
