Starbucks has reportedly eyed a potential deal to take over Chipotle Mexican Grill, according to the Financial Times.
“Our team is laser-focused on executing our Back to Starbucks strategy,” Starbucks said in a statement. “We have strong momentum and confidence in our long-term growth potential.”
The company said it doesn't comment on “rumors and speculation" in response to an inquiry by NBC News.
